The Subaru Outback is now suitable for Camp with roof tent. But this requires a special equipment line.
Subaru extends the equipment variants of the Outback with the "Exclusive Cross" version, which is available from 43.790 euros. The distinguishing features of the new comfort line include black and green roof rails, a black radiator grille and black painted exterior mirror housings. The Outback lettering is black on the rear and green on the sides. There are also heated seats with water-repellent synthetic leather covers and green decorative stitching, as well as aluminum pedals.
Higher roof load with the Exclusive Cross
The standard equipment includes electrically adjustable front seats, heated leather steering wheel, two-zone automatic air conditioning and LED headlights with cornering lights and adaptive high beam. The roof load when the vehicle is stationary is 318 kilograms, so that the new variant is also suitable for the use of roof tents. The other Outback equipment lines have a roof load of 185 kilograms when standing.
The sixth generation of the 4,87 meter long all-wheel-drive station wagon has been on the market since May. It is powered by a 124 kW / 169 hp 2,5-liter box petrol engine; power is transmitted to all four wheels via a continuously variable CVT transmission. In the basic version, the Japanese costs 40.100 euros.
