With the Enyag iV Skoda presented its first own electric car at the beginning of September. The Enyag iV is something like the little brother of the VW ID.4 and very similar to the sporty one GTX version from VW, the Skoda is also given a body shape that is strongly reminiscent of an elegant coupé.

The Enyag is an open secret that has now been seen again with very little disguise. What the cladding still hides is only the area in which there might still be changes compared to the classically styled model. Since Skoda has been part of VW, the company has been based in Mladá Boleslav Made a good name for it, and for good reason. In contrast to the cars from sister company Volkswagen, Skoda cars are not only practical, they are also more spacious. The new Enyag is designed as a coupé and is therefore more elegant and has more style.

The prototypes of the new model show how far Skoda deviates from its previous line. This is how the roofline of the Enyag faster to the rear and for the slim profile on the sides, the headroom in the rear of the car is less. The windows look much smaller, which is particularly noticeable with the quarter glazing behind the doors in the rear. The roof spoiler was completely removed so that the rear got a sleek outfit.
Two engines
Similar to the ID.4 from VW, the Skoda Enyag get a stronger configuration. Skoda has already announced that the new electric SUV will have an RS variant with two engines. Together, the two engines generate 306 hp and 460 Newton meters. In just 6,2 seconds the Enyag can go from 0 to 100 and its top speed reaches 180 km / h. Still is the name Enyag übrigens not officially confirmed. It could still have the addition “GT”, since the car is sold with this addition in China.
