Anyone may be a little far-fetched, but the Toyota-developed circuit racer is so close to his Serial basis for the roadthat the costs for use are kept within limits. Those who take part in the GT50.000 Cup, which is endowed with € 86, can not only clear away the prize money, but also receive special conditions for the racing tires and other spare parts. For every class win, the winning vehicle also receives a set of Pirelli racing tires as a gift.
With the GT86 Cup, Toyota is reviving the real motorsport class with an extremely agile racing car. Thanks to the low center of gravity of the boxer engine and the rear-wheel drive, the “only 200 hp” GT86 is an attractive racing car that promises enormous dynamics for its drivers despite its series performance.
