Volvo confirms its electrical plans. The Swedes want to have sold around one million electrified vehicles worldwide by 2025. A hybrid offensive should also help here: in the future, the aim is to have at least two corresponding models in each range. Volvo currently offers the luxury-class SUV XC90 as a gasoline-based plug-in hybrid, and there is also the V60 with a diesel plug-in hybrid drive. In addition, as already announced in 2019, a purely electric car will come onto the market.
