Aston Martin DB10 - The good always wins!

In the end, the good guys always win in the cinema. Even though the James Bond film series has always been a bit different. The lover of Bond, James Bond, his? It rarely lasts for the whole movie and in the end it gets sad for the ladies. Or think of the company cars of the double zero agent. Even those are rarely in the end still in one piece. For leasing returns is the handle by the main agent of his majesty rather unsuitable.

ASTON MARTIN introduces the official car for Bond. James Bond! Allow? Martin. Aston Martin DB 10!

But Aston Martin doesn't understand the joke of the DB10. There is a happy ending only for movie fans. Lovers of the brand will NOT be able to buy any of the 10 DB 10 built. So there won't be a happy ending in an air-conditioned garage for the “company car for agents”. This is probably the uniqueness that you have to accept when you give the most famous secret service agent a company car.

ASTON MARTIN DB 10 - a real Aston Martin

Of course there is a real Aston Martin under the spectacular shell of the DB 10. James Bond can rely on the 4.7 liter naturally aspirated V8.

Not a movie fan? But do you fancy some really good news? Then wait for the Aston Martin DB11 - Aston Martin CEO Andy Palmer confirmed it at the 2015 IAA. The successor will - hold on tight - come into the world as DB 11.

Its design should be based on the company car from Bond - but for the first time, a completely new generation of engines and transmissions will be introduced under the hood. First protagonists showed the DB 11 with Mercedes-Benz instruments and controls. And the collaboration with Mercedes-AMG is not limited to superficiality. The new V8 bi-turbo of the AMG GT S should certainly cause a grin in Gaydon. Not only because Mercedes-AMG repeatedly shows how almost such an AMG engine can be scaled. 500 hp and around 700 Nm are also a good basis for the future for the English aristocrats! But the V8 Turbo is just an engine of the AMG Poermanufaktur which can be regarded as a secure option for the British. The hand-made V12 turbo engines from Affalterbach are among the most powerful that can be converted into a series engine by human hands, and they can also be used in the DB 11. V8, or equal to V12? I don't bet on it!

I expect the premiere of the Aston Martin DB 11 for the Geneva Motor Show 2016!

With Aston Martin, however, this will only be the prelude to a product offensive. A crossover should be just as safe as new roadster versions and a Panamera opponent.
