The M models from BMW are the top athletes from Bavaria. But even these athletes can be put on the cake.
BMW is now offering a gentle increase in performance and more equipment in a competition package for the M3 and M4. This can be ordered from March for 6.400 Euro (M4 Cabrio) and from 7.300 Euro for the sedan and coupé.
The plus from 14 kW / 19 PS to 331 kW / 450 PS also changes the mileage of all three variants. According to the manufacturer, the athletes with an optional seven-speed dual clutch gearbox are now getting their pace 100 in 4,0 seconds, standard are 4,1 seconds. The open M4 also reaches this speed with 4,3 seconds a tenth of a second faster.
For all body styles, the Competition package also includes the Adaptive M suspension with new springs, dampers and stabilizers as well as revised three driving modes (Comfort, Sport and Sport +). Special, 20 inch M light alloy wheels as well as an M sports exhaust system with black chrome tailpipes and various trim strips are included in the package. Light M sport seats and decorative elements are used in the interior.
Before the BMW M2 As the youngest member to join the M family in the middle of this year, the M3 sedan is the entry into the M world. However, at least 71.800 euros must be invested here. The M4 Coupé starts with 72.500 Euro, the open brother starts from 78.500 Euro.
