Cliché or truth? Porsche drivers most sinful

Who one Sportcars drives, the traffic rules will be violated more often. This perhaps clichéd idea has now been confirmed statistically.

Some of the prejudices are true. For example, it is primarily drivers of expensive, high-horsepower cars who collect the most points in Flensburg. This is the result of at least one evaluation of Check24 based on the motor vehicle insurance policies taken out via the 2020 portal. The frequency of Flensburg points was broken down according to car brands.

Cliché confirmed?

Porsche and Jaguar are therefore the brands with the highest proportion of point sinners. 10,9 percent of the Porsche and 9,6 percent of the Jaguar drivers admitted points in the information on the car insurance. On average, only 6,6 percent of all insurance customers stated this. Porsche drivers are around 65 percent above average.

The Audi, BMW and Land Rover brands followed in 8,2rd, 3th and 4th place with 5 percent points offenders. The proportion of Tesla drivers is also above average at 7,3 percent, which is enough for a place in the top ten. At the very end of the ranking are the brands Dacia, Fiat, Mitsubishi, Peugeot and Renault in places 26 to 30, with points offender rates of 5,7 to 5,5 percent.
