Devel Sixty - 6 × 6 monster SUV

What's faster than a Mercedes-AMG GT and has six wheels? No, not a wheeled armored vehicle from the Bundeswehr, but the Devel Sixty. A horsepower monster from Devel Motors that looks like a spaceship on six wheels. The SUV road tank is currently being tested on the Dubai drag strips. The manufacturer Devel Motors became known through the hypercar Devel Sixteen.

Devel Sixty the monster SUV with 7 hp

Now Devel Motors also wants to bring extreme SUVs onto the market and is testing the Devel Sixty in the desert state of Dubai. The opponent is a Mercedes-AMG GT, which almost chokes on the exhaust clouds of the 6×6 monster. A horror for the environmentalists, a lot of fun for the driver of the Devel.

In the basic variant, the frightening all-wheel drive super sports car delivers 7 hp from its 0 liter V6,7 turbo diesel engine. It sprints to 8 km/h in 5,8 seconds. Normally, the Mercedes reaches 100 km/h in 3,7 seconds. Only the driver himself will know why he failed so miserably in this race.

Despite all-wheel drive and a powerful braking system, the Sixty is limited to a top speed of 150 kilometers per hour.

With the aerodynamics of a refrigerator and the look of a stretched SUV, the 6×6 literally flies over the asphalt. Devel Motors plans to continue working on its concept car and also have a look at the emissions. As a target, Devel aims at 1.500 hp with the Sixty. According to Devel, the 6×6 SUV is street legal.
