In autumn the Ford Nugget by two new equipment variants. Both offer plenty of accessories and a suitable look.
At the Caravan Salon (August 27 to September 5), Ford is introducing the two new equipment lines Active and Trail Camper-Series Nugget as near-series prototypes. It is expected that it will be possible to order the versions that are positively coupled to a pop-up roof from November. Prices are not yet stated.
Awning always with you
The Active version is characterized by 17-inch alloy wheels, mesh radiator grille and dark-painted bumpers. Inside there is a wooden floor in yacht deck style, aluminum decors, satined surfaces, black worktops as well as partial leather seat covers and dimmable LED interior lighting. The standard equipment also includes an awning.
Chic and practical inside the Ford Nugget
The Trail version emphasizes the outdoor character with a matt black Raptor-style grille and black painted bumpers and side panels. There are also black painted 16-inch alloy wheels and a mechanical limited-slip differential (mLSD), which is supposed to provide more traction on slippery surfaces. Inside, the trail equipment offers black leather covers for the rotating front seats and the 3-seater rear bench. There is also a dark dining table, a wood grain floor and white furniture.
Both Nugget variants also have a heated rear bench seat and a touchscreen on the rear wardrobe on board. The latter can be used to control light and heating, as well as information on battery charge and water levels.
