Ford introduces a revised version of the Kuga at the beginning of 2017. However, the revved compact SUV is already celebrating its premiere at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona (22, until 25, February). It can be ordered from June.
The background for the trade fair debut in an unusual location: The Kuga celebrates the latest generation of the Ford infotainment system Premiere, which is primarily intended to provide better networking with the smartphone and more comfortable voice control. The operating system is also significantly simplified, the button flood on the dashboard dammed.
Under the bonnet, an 88 kW / 120 PS powerful 1,5-liter diesel replaces the previously offered 2,0-liter engine with the same performance. The consumption of the four-cylinder is in the front-wheel drive 4,4 liter amount, 0,3 liters less than its predecessor. The rest of the drive program remains unchanged: There is also an 2,0-liter engine on the diesel side with either 110 kW / 150 PS or 132 kW / 180 PS, the gasoline program consists of three 1,5-liter engines with 88 kW / 120 PS, 110 kW / 150 PS and 134 kW / 182 PS. All-wheel drive is on the strongest engines of any design standard on board, otherwise partly for a surcharge.
