For me personally, good vehicle design is almost as good as good vehicle performance. As I was able to convince myself, the performance characteristics of the current 911 generation are beyond any doubt. If you read that the good design of the Porsche was not only perceived as a subjective feeling, but was also confirmed by a 30-member jury - then the 991 once again solidifies the position of the Porsche 911 as an icon.
50 years of the Porsche 911 and despite everything, thanks to the work of Porsche designer Michael Mauer, the current series is still able to continue the success story. If there is something like Porsche Design DNA, then you can find a lot of it in the current 911.
I agree with the red dot jury - I also have a food processor that has already won the red dot award 😉 - so I know my way around ...
