DBR1 racing car as a model

After its debut in 1956, the DBR1 achieved numerous victories. These included Spa, Le Mans, Goodwood and the 1000 1959km Nürburgring. The DBR1 was built for racing, but was also a forerunner of the well-known Aston Martin DB automobiles.

The racing car, which weighed only 800 kilograms, was powered by a 3,0-liter V6 engine. This enabled the DBR1 racing car to reach speeds of up to 240 km/h.
