Ferrari J50 - 10 for the Japan anniversary

Anniversary models are currently on Ferrari hip, trendy, popular. Among other things, the Italians are celebrating their seventieth anniversary in the coming year with a bouquet of special editions. It is also celebrating its fifty-year presence in the Japanese market with a topless racer called J50. From the Targa only ten vehicles are to be built.

The interior of the J50 is largely identical to that of the 488

Basis for the special Ferrari is the 488 Spider. The performance of the 3,9-liter V8 gasoline engine has been raised from 50 kW / 493 PS to 670 kW / 507 PS specifically for the J690. This tremendous potential allows for a sprint from a standstill to Tempo 100 in three seconds and a top speed of 325 km / h.

The J50 is a converted Ferrari 488 Spider

More impressive is the much more aggressive styling of the J50. Already his Targadach construction with visor-like discs promises stormy high-speed noise. Striking: In the flanks runs a black line from the nose to the door handles. In addition, slim and evil looking horizontal headlights and large air vents in the front hood give the Renner an independent character. The same applies to the rear. As special features, the J50 offers, among other things, a glass cover, which gives the view of the mid-engine free. The taillights or exhaust tailpipes set themselves stylistically clear from the design of the 488.

In the case of the J50 Ferrari is open for special customer requests

The interior, however, is largely identical to that of the 488. The J50 offers only a few applications in visible carbon and in exterior color. However, the vehicle shown is just one example, as customers have many options for customizing their vehicles. Such an exclusive Bespoke Ferrari should cost a multiple of the 240.000 Euro 488 Spider.
