According to a survey by the online portal Autoscout 24, the majority of Germans reject a general speed limit of 30 km / h in localities. 77 percent of those questioned were against a reduction from 50 to 30 km / h, while 23 percent were in favor of such a speed limit. At least 28 percent of the survey participants are positive about an expansion of 30 km / h zones in localities.
